Italian champion Jonathan Milan is one of the major attractions at the 2026 ZLM Tour. Danny van Poppel, Taco van der Hoorn, Nils Eekhoff, Edoardo Affini, Tibor del Grosso and Zeeland-born brothers Tim and Mick van Dijke will also be on the start line. Over five days, the peloton will race through Zeeland and North Brabant, with highlights including a time trial in Kapelle, passages over the Oesterdam and Brabantse Wal, and a final stage in Waalwijk.

Milan is in excellent form. The reigning Italian champion is one of the most successful riders in the peloton and has already claimed more than ten victories this year. In recent weeks, he has added further successes in the Tour de Pologne and the Renewi Tour. He will therefore be among the main contenders for stage wins at the ZLM Tour.

A new place on the calendar
For the first time, the ZLM Tour will take place after the summer in 2026. Moving the race to September allows it to fit more closely with the programmes of riders and teams, while also creating space in the international racing calendar for an attractive week of racing.

Five days of racing through Zeeland and Brabant, with wind, echelons and plenty of action
The five-day stage race will take the peloton through Zeeland and North Brabant. The race opens with a 21-kilometre time trial in Kapelle, where the first gaps in the general classification could already emerge. This will be followed by a stage through Zeeland from Westkapelle to Heinkenszand, where the wind and exposed roads could play a decisive role.

On day three, the race moves to West Brabant, with Roosendaal and Bergen op Zoom providing the backdrop for a demanding stage. With passages over the Oesterdam and the Brabantse Wal, the course is ideally suited to echelons, aggressive racing and plenty of action.

The ZLM Tour then continues in Brabant with stages in Schijndel and Waalwijk. In Schijndel, the new Vlagheideberg is set to provide an exciting challenge, while Waalwijk, the logistics hub of North Brabant, will host the final day, with the race finishing at the RKC Stadium.
